Why hourly, and why a request
A rate per hour is honest about what a clean costs: a lived-in three-bedroom and a show home take different amounts of time. It also means there is no total to charge until Kiahna has seen the place — so the website takes a request, she confirms the details with you, and you pay on site or by invoice once the work is done.
“Individual” is one person; “team” is more than one, which finishes sooner.
